Suggest a better descriptionCook potatoes in water (covered) for 15 - 20 minutes, or until tender.
Cool, peel and cut into 1/2" slices.
In skillet, melt butter and add sugar and honey. Let cook for 10-15 minutes.
Add potato slices and cook on low, turning them over 2-3 times while cooking for 20 - 25 minutes or until well glazed.
If pressed for time, you can start with drained canned yams if desired.
