MISE EN PLACE: Start boiling water for noodles; Chop ham
1) (Once you've added the noodles to the boiling water)
Melt cream cheese over in a wok medium heat until smooth. Stir in peas and cook, covered, until peas are thawed/warmed.
2) Stir in ham and cook, covered, until warmed. If sauce is too thick, add a splash of milk.
