A low carb, and tasty alternative to regular mashed potatoes
Equipment needed:
- Cheese grater
- Microwave
- Hand blender
Prep:
- Grate the cauliflower florets
- Dice the garlic
- Grate the cheese
Do:
- Mix grated cauliflower, garlic and 0,5 dl milk in a microwave safe bowl.
- Turn microwave on medium-high for 4 minutes
- Stir it. Taste and feel if cauliflower feels cooked. If not, put it again for 2 more minutes and repeat until its done
- Add the cheese and some salt and pepper
- Blend everything with the hand blender
- Done!
