Similar to flan but a lot better!
In a small pan add a few drops of water and place on medium heat.
Add 1 1/2 cups sugar and keep stirring until sugar becomes caramel.
Make sure to keep watching it so it doesn't burn.
Pour into a bundt pan once sugar has become Carmel it should have a nice color not too dark
And set aside
Don't forget to turn off your stovetop!
Preheat oven to 375
In a separate large bowl :
Wisk together 10 eggs
Add 2 cans of eagle brand
Add 2 cups of whole milk
Add 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Mix all the ingredient together until smooth you may see some bubbles come up and that's ok
Pour mixture in caramel mold
Place 3cups of hot water in a water bath pan and place bundt pan inside (you may need more water depending on your size of water bath pan)
Heat in oven for 2 hours or until a knife goes in and comes out clean
Allow to sit out at room temperature once finished cooking
After it has reached room temp cover the pan with aluminum foil and place in the fridge for 4-6 hours or until
Chilled.
Once chilled remove foil and flip into a flat plate and enjoy.
