Pretty tasty and my kids liked it too!
In medium sized mixing bowl, add all ingredients except the pork chops. Mix well until well-incorporated. Now pour this mixture into a gallon sized freezer bag, add the pork chops, mush it around and seal. Make sure all the air is out of the bag. Label the bag CHARLESTON CHOPS and the date, using a Sharpie pen (this is the only one that won?t run in the freezer). Freeze until ready to use. (HINT: if you?re going to be storing this for any period of time, I recommend DOUBLE bagging and remember, ONLY quality freezer bags allowed!)
To use, thaw overnight in the fridge or use the quick thaw method and place bag into a sink filled with cool water.
To Cook:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place pork chops in 9 x 13 baking dish and pour the sauce they were sitting in over the top. Cover the baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until chops are tender and cooked thoroughly. Remove cover and let cook for 5 minutes longer.
