Cheesy potato casserole.
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Place butter in 9x13 glass dish and put in oven to melt.
Remove dish from oven, add garlic and spread around with a brush.
Layer half the bag of potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle half the bag of cheese and some parmesan cheese over the potatoes.
Repeat the layer with rest of potatoes and cheese.
Pour cream over the potatoes and cheese.
Cover with foil and cook for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and cook 10-15 minutes more until golden brown.
