Suggest a better descriptionPlace the chicken pieces in a bowl and sprinkle over the parmesan and seasonings. Mix until well coated. Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok and stir-fry the chicken for 2-3 minutes until it is well cooked. Mix the Caesar dressing sachet with the lettuce, add the chicken and sprinkle over the croutons. NOTES : A classic salad combining the succulence of the parmesan chicken, the crispness of the lettuce, the smooth creaminess of the sauce and the crunch of the croutons.
