4 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro; chopped
4 teaspoons Canola Oil
1 teaspoon Fresh ginger; grated
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cup Boneless skinless chicken breast; cooked & cubed
1 1/2 cup Frozen shelled edamame; thawed
1 small Bell pepper, red; diced
1/4 Avocado; halved, pitted, peeled & diced

Whisk together the lime juice, cilantro, oil, ginger and salt in a large bowl. Add the chicken, edamame, and bell pepper; toss to coat. Add the avocado and toss gently. Serve at once, or cover and refrigerate up to 2 days.
