A tasty dish with a bit of spice
For sauce, stir Szechuan and chili sauces together in small bowl and set aside.
For stir-fry, heat oil in large pan or wok. When shimmering add chicken and garlic. Stir-fry 2-3 minutes. Add broccoli and continue cooking 3-4 minutes. Add peppers and sprouts and cook 4-5 minutes.
Pour in sauce and cook until chicken and vegetables are done, approx 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in onions and sesame seeds.
Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
You may add bok choy, baby corn, or other vegetables of your choice and substitute tofu for chicken. Adjust the amount of chili sauce for your taste.
