In a separate dish, combine margarine, hot sauce, vinegar, celery seed, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, and worcestershire sauce.
Heat grill to medium.
Transfer sauce ingredients to saucepan
Grill the wings turning them every 6 minutes or so. Cook about 30 minutes.
During the last 10 minutes, place the saucepan on the grill.
