Diced red onion, tomato, avocado, coriander, and crusty bread rolls or white rice.
1. Heat the oil on low and saute the onion and garlic.
2. Increase the heat and cook the mince for about 5 minutes until browned.
3. Stir in the chilli powder and cayenne pepper, then cook for 1 minute before adding the chopped tomatoes and tomato puree. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Season, then stir in the kidney beans.
4. Serve with the red onion, tomato, avocado and coriander, and crusty bread rolls or white rice.
