A great easy to make chilli that will serve 4 to 6 people depending on appetite.
1. Fry Onions & Garlic in oil till soft
2. Increase heat and add mince. Fry until brown.
3. Stir everything in except kidney beans & bring to a simmer. Cover for about 50 min (Stir occasionally).
4. Add kidney beans & cook for a further 10 min uncovered.
Crumble the stock cube into to the pot dry ad liquid comes from tomatoes.
