Drop a few Japanese Rice Noodles in; they turn puffy and white
Remove and put in a large paper bag lined with paper towels
Keep adding a little at a time and removing
Topping-Combine all topping ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved
Mix salad ingredients together
Mix noodles in just prior to serving
Extra noodles can be stored in the freezer; Put in hot oven for a few minutes to dry out when freezing
