Suggest a better description1. Add Bertoli pasta sauce to large saucepan. Simmer while preparing shells.
2. Blend together chevre and cottage cheese with pastry blender
3. Add in the eggs, basil, and chives. Cover and refrigerate.
4. Bring water to boil in large pot and add shells, cook until tender but still firm.
5. Drain shells and rinse with cook water.
6. Add 1 C of pasta sauce to bottom of 13x9 glass baking dish
7. Add 1/2 C of pasta sauce to bottom of 9x9 glass baking dish
8. Pull out the cheese mixture and stuff each shell with out a spoonful of mixture. Placing shells close but not touching in the glass dishes. Complete until all shells are stuffed.
9. Pour remaining sauce over the shells.
10. Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees and bake 20-30 minutes.
11. Remove from oven and serve, garnish with basil.
4 shells per serving.
