Bake pie shell 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Melt butter and allow to cool and come to room temp (very important).
In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
Add flour, sugar and brown sugar and beat until well blended. Stir in melted butter. Stir in cinnamon chips. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown and center is set. Allow to cool. Great served warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
