Suggest a better description1. In a large mixing bowl combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs and water. Mix until thoroughly blended. 2. In a deep, 3-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole combine chili sauce, grape jelly and lemon juice. 3. Shape meat mixture into balls the size of a walnut. Place in chili sauce mixture. 4 Heat, covered, in Microwave Oven 12 minutes. 5. Skim off any fat. Stir. 6. Heat, covered, in Microwave Oven an additional 8 minutes or until sauce bubbles and meat balls are cooked.
