Over 425
1. Beat eggs til light
2. Add sugar, salt , vanilla and milk. Mix thoroughly
3. Pour into pie shell and add coconut
4. Bake 425 for 20 min
5. Sprinkle additional coconut on top. If top is not solid - bake a bit longer and then add coconut to the top
6. Bake additional 10-15 min til knife inserted in middle comes clean.
