Suggest a better description1.) Heat oven to 350° and add 12 muffin papers into compartments. Set aside.
2.) Slice bacon slices into bite-size pieces. Cook half-way to ¾ on medium heat in skillet. Stir frequently.
3.) Mash bananas. Set aside.
4.) Add dry ingredients to large mixing bowl. Set aside. Whisk eggs in small bowl. Set aside. Melt coconut oil. Set aside.
5.) Once bacon is done cooking. Add in all wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix with mixer or by hand with a fork until all flour is dissolved.
6.) Add in bananas and ¾ bacon. Fold in and mix. Add chocolate chips last, fold in and mix. Divide batter evenly in muffin compartments. Add remaining bacon on the tops of the muffins.
7.) Bake for 16-18 minutes. Serve warm!
