Suggest a better descriptionDrain cherries, reserving juice. Halve cherries and set aside. Add enough water to juice to make one cup liquid. Bring to a boil and dissolve gelatin in it. Cool. Add Coca-Cola and lemon juice. Chill mixture until almost set. Add cherries, pineapple, pecans, and diced chilled cream cheese to gelatin; mix gently. Pour into a one-and-one half quart mold. Chill until set. Serve on a bed of lettuce with mayonnaise or sour cream or a combination of both. Yield: 8 Prep Time: 30 minutes Chilling Time: 6 hours.
