8Oz Feta Cheese Crumbled
4 Tbsp evoo
5 Green Onion chopped fine
3 cloves GARLIC FINELY CHOPPED
2 TSP DRIED DILL WEED
2 TSP DRIED OREGANO
1 TSP CRACKED BLACK PEPPER
combine all ingredients. I DUSTED MY HANDS WITH FLOUR BUT VERY LIGHTLY AND THEN FORM INTO TWO BALLS. ROLL BALLS IN FRESH FINELY CHOPPED PARSLEY OR WHATEVER YOU LIKE. wrap with saran and CHILL FOR MIN OF 2HRS IN FRIDGE. the longer the better. can be frozen.
