1. Whisk together flour, cornmeal, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk (or use mixer) together sugar and eggs until light yellow.
3. Add the sour cream and the milk and mix again.
4. Mix in melted butter.
5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir until just combined. Do not over mix.
6. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray. Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.
7. Bake 18-20 minutes. Let cool slightly before cutting into squares.
