Suggest a better descriptionDrain corn and peas. Put in large bowl.
Blend cilantro and mashed avocado.
Add to large bowl. Add green onion, tomatoes and chilies.
Blend olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin together and add to vegetable mix. Mix well.
Chill for 3-4 hours minimum.
Serve with tortilla chips.
