Suggest a better descriptionCombine the flour, sugar, baking powdet salt and baking soda in a large bowl and mix well. Cut in the butter with a pastry blender or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Whisk the egg, orange zest and orange juice in a small bowl. Add to the crumb mixture and stir just until moistened. Fold in the cranberries and pecans. Spoon into a greased 5x9-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to
70 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
