Combine dry ingredients in food processor bowl. Cut in butter until it looks like course corn meal. Put in mixing bowl.
Add orange juice, orange zest, and beaten egg all together. Gently fold in until mixed. Fold in cranberries and nuts.
Pour into loaf pan. Make a shallow trough down the center of the batter. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is done.
Remove from pan after 5 minutes of cooling in pan.
