Suggest a better descriptionMix cream cheese, flavoring, and food coloring. Add powdered sugar. Mix and knead with hands. Roll into marble size. Roll in white sugar. Press firmly into mold that has a tiny amount of white sugar in it. Unfold immediately onto waxed paper. Makes 23 leaves and 23 roses. 10 batches makes 500 mints +/-.
Chocolate mints and 3 tsp cocoa and 1/2 tsp vanilla.
