Suggest a better descriptionSeparate leaves from the stems of the chard. Cut leaves into smaller manageable pieces. Put aside.
Chop onion and chard stems.
Heat large fry pan. Add oil.
Cook onion and chard stems in oil until onion changes colour, approximately 2 minutes.
Add water, chicken stock, nutmeg. Stir until combined. Simmer until water has almost evaporated, approximately 15 minutes.
Turn heat down, and add cream cheese in small spoon-fulls. Stir until all melted and mixed well.
Add chard leaves and fold through mix. Cook on low heat, stirring, until leaves wilt, only 1-2 minutes.
Serve immediately.
