A quick great Meal. Using leftovers or making it from fresh.
Add olive oil to 5 quart pot and heat. Once heated add the onions,garlic,Chicken and all spices. Cook until chicken is 75% done.
Add flour and mix well until all the flour is gone.
Add all wet ingredients and keep on med-high heat stirring so it doesn't stick to the bottom. Once the milk mixture starts to boil reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
Once the mixture is hot and a creamy sauce ( it might seem a bit wet, but once you add the pasta it will thicken) add your pasta and heat for 5 more minutes.
Right before serving you can try adding diced tomatoes.
Garnish with Parmesan cheese and serve with hot garlic bread.
