Low fat version of this old favorite.
- Cook pasta omitting salt and fat. Drain when done cooking.
-While pasta cooks, combine milk, flour and salt in large sauce pan, stirring with whisk. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes or until thick, stirring constantly. Add cheese, stir until cheese melts. Remove from heat.
-Stir in pasta; toss well to coat.
