This Asian-influenced dip has a familiar peanut butter flavor for kids, but packs a slight garlic and ginger punch that the adults in your group will appreciate. Tip: It's also great served over warm noodles.
1. Combine everything but the water in a food processor.
2. Pulse until smooth, about 20 seconds, while gradually adding the hot water.
3. Stir with a spatula to make sure all the ingredients are mixed well ( the soy sauce and vinegar can settle on the bottom ).
It is best served with broccoli, green beans, red pepper, or crostini.
