Ready in 8 hours
1Combine potatoes, onion, broth, and cream of chicken soup in crock pot.
2Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or until potatoes are tender.
3Add cream cheese and blend.
4Top with bacon and chives before serving.

Czwhiz 1y agoIt was ok. I prefer other recipes that don't use the cream of chicken soup, though.
skot0123 2y agoI used chicken stock instead of water and I added smoke sausage. Everyone liked it but next time I will only blend a portion and will mash the rest. The texture was too creamy blended.

platinumdiva 2y agoPretty good, I added red pepper flakes and seasoned salt. Pretty good soup for a minimal amount of work. Also topped with cheddar cheese.
