Ingredients

1/4 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c plain yogurt; Nonfat
2 lb Turkey breasts, skinless; (2 large Breasts)
2 tb Lemon juice
green onions; Minced, for garnish
1/2 ts Paprika
2 tb Ginger root; grated
1/2 ts Ground coriander
1 tb olive oil
1/2 ts Cumin
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
1/4 ts Turmeric

Preparation

1. Place turkey breasts in a large baking pan. In a small bowl combine coriander, paprika, turmeric, cumin, cayenne, cinnamon, gingerroot, olive oil, lemon juice, and yogurt. Spread over top of turkey breasts. Cover pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Unwrap pan and place in oven; bake for 40 minutes, basting occasionally with pan juices. To serve, slice turkey, drizzle with pan juices, and garnish with green onions. I thought it was tasty. We grilled this on the panini press and served it with asparagus.

This was quite a different and delicious turkey recipe. I made a pan gravy which was great and served it with sweet potatoes and green beans. Very enjoyable.
