Suggest a better descriptionPreheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with Pam Whisk the eggs together with the peanut butter, vanilla, baking powder, cream, sweetner and water. Whisk well until the peanut butter has been incorporated. Add the soy protein powder and mix until everything forms a very loose dough. Drop by heaping teaspoons onto the cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes. To make this a muffin recipe, simply use the same ingredients, mix them in the same way, but put them in paper lined muffin tins. Makes 5 muffins.
