Wheat free, low fat treat
1. Preheat oven to 350 F (177 C)
2. In a large bowl whisk together pumpkin and egg until smooth.
3. Stir in powdered milk, salt, and parsley.
4. Add rice flour and combine with spatula or hands to form a stiff dry dough.
3. Roll to 1/2 inch thick and cut with a dog biscuit shaped cutter, 1" round or other small cutter
4. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and pierce with tip of a fork. This will make it easier if you need to break them in half.
5. Bake for 15 minutes.
6. Allow to cool before storing.
