Want to try traditional Mexico but don't eat meat? In this easiest burrito recipe carne is changed to tuna and others ingredients are modified accordingly. Perfect taste balance, practically no cooking needed. Just chop and eat.
1. Chop pickles, tomatoes, onion, jalapeños; grate garlic;
2. Lay them on a tortilla in a form of lines or whatever you feel like, add beans and tuna from cans;
3. Pour some vinegar over;
4. Grate mozzarella cheese and spread it over above;
5. Make a roll, put it in the oven on 225°(celsius) for 10–15 minutes.
You can modify this by adding mustard, parmesan and herbs (red basil is the most suitable in my opinion).
