Sliced cucumbers in a wonderful dressing
Slice cucumbers and place in glass bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and toss with the cucumbers. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
Note: I've tried peeled and unpeeled cucumbers and I think the peeled is the best.
