Great with Cinnamon Sugar Pita chips or as a topping on desserts.
Start by dicing up kiwis, strawberries and frozen peaches. Make sure to peel and dice the apples last to prevent browning. Mix all of the fruit together in a bowl. Add the sugar and jam, mix thoroughly.
Now put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
Maybe made a few hours before serving, but do not make the day before.
To serve as salsa, use Stacey's Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips.
