6 egg yolks beaten, beat in 1 cup of sugar. Add cream and beat. Stir in cognac and rum.
Cover and chill in fridge.
1 hour before serving beat egg whites until peaks form add 1/2 cup icing sugar(powdered sugar)
and fold into yolk mixture.
