Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 350. Spray bottom of glass dish with cooking spray. Spread Enchilada Sauce on bottom. cook ground beef and add taco seasoning packet according to directions. Fry tortillas and fill with beef and shredded cheese. roll tortilla and place in dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cook covered in oven for 25 minutes. Serve with Corn and bean salsa.
