My mom made this when we were kids. We went through a stage where we had it at least every week. It's good--probably not very good for you. But, we can splurge occasionally!
Brown ground beer and prepare according to taco seasoning directions. After the water cooks out, add red kidney beans and keep warm. Shred lettuce and dice tomatoes. Mix the vegetables with the cheddar cheese. Add Dorito's (crush them up some first). Add in the meat mixture and a cup of Italian dressing.
This does not store very well after it is all mixed together.
