Melt butter mix in 1/2 cup powdered sugar,flour & pecans. Press into 9x13 in baking dish. Bake 15 min ~~at; 375 or until brown.
1 pkg cream cheese
1 c. cool whip
1 c. powdered suger
Mix well spread on cool bottom layer
1 lg pkg instant pudding
1 3/4 c.milk
Beat until thick 3-4 minutes or until pudding constistency spoon on top of 2nd layer
Top with cool whip
Sprinkle pecans pieces on top
