Put the saucepan on medium heat ( turn down if pan gets to hot). Beat eggs in a bowl add milk or water and mix. Add the chopped parsley and chives and stir. When you are ready to start cooking put a teaspoon of oil in the pan or a nob of butter and wait for it to heat of melt. When heated pour egg mixture in pan and wait 20 secs and start to stir this should take about 5 minutes. When done serve on plates with a slice of toast and bacon. Enjoy.
