Heat 1 Tbsp oil in pan; add vegetables and heat thouroughly. Then remove.
Heat 1 Tbsp oil in pan; add cold rice and stir fry until hot. Add soy sauce to rice and mix well.
Add onions and meat to rice. Return vegetables to pan and stir fry 1/2 minute.
