Suggest a better description1) Place shrimp in large bowl. Add soy sauce, lemon juice, and paprkia; marinade 15 minutes. 2) Heat oil in large frying pan. Meanwhile, dip shrimp in beaten egg and add to pan. cook shrimp 2 minutes each side over medium heat. Season well. 3) When shrimp are cooked, drain on paper towel. If desired, serve with dipping sauce such as plum sauce.
