Separate 8 chicken wings at the joint and place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with 1/8 teaspoon each salt and pepper and bake at 400 for 20 minutes. In a saucepan, heat 2 Tbsp honey, 1/2 Tbsp water, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil, and 1/4 tsp black pepper until bubbly. Brush on wings and bake 10 minutes more. Grind black pepper over wings and serve with blue cheese and celery.
