A delicious baked egg that will be perfect for breakfast or even lunch
Pre-heat oven for 250 degrees on fan oven
Place frying pan on medium heat
Spray oil on frying pan and cook chopped mushroom for 2-3 minutes or until golden
Add garlic and stir until garlic has golden then turn off stove
In a small round oven dish spray oil, then add the garlic mushroom
Then on top of the garlic mushrooms add your cheese and then crack the eggs on top
Season with salt and pepper and bake for 15-30 minutes
