Mix of cucumbers, onion and sour cream to create a cold side dish.
In a large bowl mix sour cream, pepper, vinegar, sugar and salt and whisk until completely mixed.
Add cucumbers and onion to the bowl and mix by hand until cucumbers and onions are completely coated.
Transfer to a container with lid and place in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight to stabilize flavor. Serve cold as a side dish.
