Pork tacos with red chili sauce
Cook roast and cut into small shreds about 1/2 inch long (Note: you will have quite a bit leftover unless you expand the recipe). Make sauce by adding all ingredients together in large sauce pan. Simmer on low setting until warmed through. Place pork strips in sauce and continue simmering for about 30 min. While pork is simmering cut up tomatoes, onions & lettuce. Place these in separate serving bowls. Place cheese and sour cream in separate serving bowls. Heat oil in medium sized sauce pan. Fry corn tortillas in oil (about 15 seconds). Place on serving plate separated by a layer of napkin or paper towel. Place all ingredients out and let you guests assemble the ingredients in the tortillas to their own taste.
Make sure cooking oil is hot before starting.
