Quick one-pan stovetop dinner!
"Very nice recipe. I used a little more feta and more chicken stock. Very tangy. I would use corn oil next time to quicken the browning of the chicken. Would make again!"
In medium skillet, brown chicken in olive oil.
Stir in tomato, water, bouillon cube, feta cheese, basil, garlic and pepper.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add spinach and simmer for 10 minutes more.
Per Serving: 412 Calories; 25g Fat (53.6% calories from fat); 38g Protein; 10g Carbohydrate; 5g Dietary Fiber; 107mg Cholesterol; 1034mg Sodium.
Elivinicizz 1y agoGreat, easy dish. I prepared in the broiler/oven; Browning off the chicken breasts first. I then combined all the other ingredients and spooned them over the top of the breasts and finished baking in the oven. I also added a splash of red wine because what recipe is not better with red wine?

Mheiter 6y agoEasy too make. Browning the chicken was probably the hardest part. Chicken very tender and tasty.
