My husband makes this salad and he is Greek. He learned how to mix it by watching my Aunt make her salad dressing and she is Italian, hense the name. Everyone asks for this recipe after they eat it.
1.Tear lettuce into small pieces.
2.Place in salad bowl with celery, onions, cucumber and tomato.
3.Pour only enough dressing over vegetables to lightly coat all.
4.Garnish with Feta Cheese and Calamata Olives.
To Make Dressing
2/3 c olive oil
1/3 c wine vinegar
Garlic salt.
Onion powder
Pepper to taste
