Great way to start the day off right with lots of veggies. Make this recipie your own by adding different things to your liking
Mix eggs and 2 tblsp water.Chop all vegetables and fresh herbs, set aside. Heat a skillet to med heat and coat pan with vegetable oil. Add veggies to the pan and saute until the spinach has wilted. Add eggs and herbs, stirring until scrambled. Continue for 2-3 min until eggs slightly brown. Serve.
Make it healthier by using egg whites.
